- SSSarahSep 30, 20251.0My Mom has lived here for about 3 years or so. Over this period of time, her water has been shut off 12 to 13 times due to a broken pipe. Then each time it comes back on, she has to boil her water. This is a huge hassle for elderly people.

At first, they sent an email that was very professional and marketing related and then ghosted me. Seriously, you cannot answer with a simple explanation. When I do reach the 55 age requirement in a year, I will NOT be considering this community given this first time experience.
