  I have lived here since 01/2023 and have loved it! Any service request has been addressed very quickly and the maintenance staff are very nice. The grounds are well kept and it's very peaceful here. I have recently had some life events that require a bigger space and decided to transfer to a larger apartment. Pamela, the property manager, has been absolutely incredible in helping to facilitate the transfer! She made time to meet with me immediately to review available apartments and the transfer process. Once the new unit was selected, she let me know what was needed and the process was super quick. She also took the time to learn more about the reason behind the need for transfer which made me feel really good that she genuinely cares about the tenants! I love living here and plan on staying for years to come.

  Greg was very nice! I didn’t have time to tour but I’m looking forward to coming back. These apartments look great and I and interested in possibly leasing here. Thanks again Greg!

  I’ve had a generally positive experience living at The Addison. Pros: The response time for maintenance requests and general inquiries is great—issues are handled quickly and professionally. The community also does a nice job hosting events, which helps create a welcoming atmosphere. The landscaping and overall upkeep of the property are consistently well maintained, which I really appreciate. The area is nice, and spacious apartments Cons: Emergency maintenance response has been less reliable, which can be concerning. Another major issue is the lack of security in the package room—there are no cameras installed, and residents are not allowed to have personal cameras like Ring devices. For those who live alone, especially women or anyone concerned about safety, this can be a significant drawback. Package theft is a real concern, and without any monitoring, it adds unnecessary stress. If you have boisterous neighbors upstairs it’s hard to get the issue resolved . I do hope management considers revising the policy around personal cameras. Allowing devices with adhesive backing (that don’t damage property) would be a reasonable compromise and would help residents feel more secure in their homes. Overall, it’s a well-maintained community with strong day-to-day service, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to safety and emergency response. Other than that 7.5/10 I would renew overall.
