  I just moved here and Angelica has been SO helpful and friendly! I love that it's a smaller property and the staff makes you feel so welcome. So far it has been so quiet that I can hear the fountain in the lake while inside my apartment - so relaxing! Excited to be living here :)

  Overall I really have enjoyed this apartment. The grounds are clean and when I put in a maintenance order online, it is handled timely. I feel safe in my apartment. However, the new staff at the office is not particularly friendly and they WILL NOT return any call you make to them. The previous management were at least friendly. I have had to stand in the lobby to give them information while they were just chatting and they saw me come in. I would say it's not a reason to not move here, but if the previous staff could be friendly and professional, so could they. Only make maintenance requests online, if you call them in, they won't be done (goes back to them never returning your call).
