  I've been living here for about 7 years now and i can say that this is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived at! They keep the grounds hella clean. They have a decent gym, nice grilling area, and a nice size pool. All the staff are really kind and help you out when you have a problem with anything. I would recommend this place to anyone who is living for a great place to live thats also close to everything on town.

  I appreciate the whole staff at my apartment complex. When ever I have service issues they always come through on time. Special shout out to Klee for always working with me.

  The staff is amazing and displays great professional and personable skills. I especially appreciate Klee, who has managed my concerns with such care and understanding. I appreciate their open communication style and willingness to always work towards a resolution that works for both the resident and the property. Thank you for all of your hard work. It does not go unnoticed.

  I have lived at The Lakes At Brandon West for 11 years. I stay here because I love my apartment and the property manager is so easy to access and talk to. Any issues Maintenance wise are attended to quickly. I genuinely feel like I'm part of a family here. I'm not just another tenant. The office manager and the office team know me by name and they do everything they can do to ensure that my knees are met, answer my questions quickly, keep the property beautiful all the time. This is a great place to live. I cannot make a single complaint. If you're looking for an apartment that's affordable, this is where you want to be. I feel like go to the office if I have something personal going on and they talk to me as if I'm a friend. They genuinely care about me. And again, the property is beautiful and they are constantly keeping it beautiful. This is why I have stayed so long! It is beautiful here and I am so comfortable! They engage in the community and do events like pre-breakfast at the gates, Parties at the pool and more. This is my community. And I know that the property manager and all of the staff really care about me. I have gone through some serious health issues recently and they have been such a support to me. When I lost my dog. People went out of their way to encourage me and hug me and express their sadness because he was part of the family too! I think this is hard to find. Would there be an emergency at 2 AM, Maintenance response immediately. Though, emergencies are few and far between because they are constantly on top of things. This is truly a great place to live!
