The layouts provide plenty of privacy in the bedrooms while offering a great common area for hanging out with roommates. The resort-style pool is easily the highlight—it’s the best place to decompress after exams or hang out on the weekends. The gym is well-maintained and saves me a ton of money on an outside membership. Plus, having the private shuttle to USF is a total game-changer for avoiding campus parking headaches.
- JBjohn barzelayApr 14, 20261.0Lived here 4 years. High price for a low value apartment in a bad community. Neighbor destroyed our property and threatened us, office did nothing. Daily loud screaming unsupervised children running around the complex. Gate doesn’t work regularly, and deliveries from many companies are a problem even with the Amazon locker on premises. Maintenance implement half-measures and cheap workarounds, but at least they’re quick. After moving out, we were sent our security deposit from a frozen bank account and are still following up over a month later to get them to cut the check properly. Terrible experience, and if I could give zero stars I would.
