  Mike Grizzell is one of the most effective people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with - anywhere. My husband and I, as well as our extended family, moved to Florida in 2021, from out of state. Mike effectively helped us ALL purchase the FIRST homes we bid on. We had family members who were looking to settle down in retirement, family members looking to enjoy the amenities of Florida and coastal living, and us - looking to raise our own growing family in the warmer weather. And Mike understood all of our perspectives and needs, making sure everyone found exactly what the wanted. It was absolutely incredible. From my husband and my’s personal perspective, we could not have asked for a better realtor (and I know our other family members feel the exact same). Through both buying and selling our home, Mike had a unique way of making us feel like we were his most important clients, as he listened to our needs and made sure we saw only things we’d see value in for our growing family. He was available at any time, through text, phone call, email and in person, and his team was always available and ready with accurate and timely responses, recommendations and referrals. He understood the pressures of wanting to quickly find a home, yet also made sure we left no stone unturned when navigating our options. Mike was able to effectively guide us as we put in our first offer, competitive and within our budget, and secured the first and only home we bid on. And he did this for our other family members as well! When we sold our home just one year later, Mike was available and expertly guided us through the ever-changing market and flood of home buyers into Florida. He did an incredible job and was available every single time we needed him, ready with answers, options and guidance, vastly exceeding our expectations.   Mike is def the best! He is superb in his job and very professional! I def recommend him. He goes above and beyond to find what you are looking for and has a huge patience! I wasn't his easiest client for sure, but nevertheless he did a wonderful job both times I have purchase a house with him and whatever many other time I decide to buy a house I will always look for his services. I highly recommend him!

  Throughout the entire process of buying our house Mike was nothing but professional, accommodating, and super responsive. He was very patient with us when we were dragging our 3 boys along with us to look at houses all over Tampa. We are extremely happy with the house that we found and would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking to buy a house in the Tampa area. His knowledge of Tampa and the surrounding areas is impressive and helpful when trying to decide on the perfect place to live in the Tampa area! If you need an agent, go with Mike!

  I was very happy with the whole experience. They did an excellent job pricing my house for sale and the appropriate price. They did an excellent job advertising the house for sale using all modern technology and social media. My wife and I felt informed and in the loop the entire time with group text messages, emails and phone calls. Mike was quick to answer questions and make sure ther selling process went smooth. I am extremely pleased with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

  My wife and I have been looking for a new home for our expanding family for nearly a year. Mike and Michelle were with us every step of the way answering all of our questions and qwelling our fears in the ever changing local housing market. We ultimately purchased a Short Sale home that we love. We had offers on a few other homes throughout the year that we had to walk away from due to various states of disrepair. We never set out to search for Short Sale homes but that seemed to be what kept coming up in our searches in the area we were looking and in our budget. I would venture to say that Mike and Michelle are Short Sale specialists. They were constantly following up up with the listing agents to help facilitate the Shot Sale forcing the other agents to stay on top of our Short Sale file. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable in their field, they were always easily reachable and were quick to respond to a phone call or email. We couldn't be happier with their level of service and communication throughout the entire process and would highly recommend them to our friends, family and strangers alike.
