  Richard out of Tampa was amazing. He took the extra time to solve the problem rather than the easy one which would have meant having to come back. He was friendly, knowledgeable about other questions i asked and he left with a clean space after he finished.

  I had a great experience with Jaime from Progress! Our AC went down unexpectedly, and he really came through for us. He provided backup units right away so we wouldn’t be stuck in the heat, which we truly appreciated. Then he came back first thing in the morning and fixed everything super fast. He was professional, responsive, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend his service!

  Zero stars if I could. Spent more than a year proving that I should have received my deposit back. That’s just ONE of about 5 issues I had with Progress. Absolutely the worst company. Even two of their employees that we tried working with quit, leaving me to fend for myself. Just save yourself from time and frustration and go with another company.

  206 lookout dr Apollo beach fl 33572 RENTER BEWARE This house is very expensive to live in excluding the rent. Take a look at the pictures of my electric bill during the summertime and look at my final bill through con services for my water. I would not have an issue with either Bill or paying for what we used but progress residential wants to nickel and dime this house to death and not fix the AC or update the windows. This house will not go below 75° in the summertime. If you put the AC to 75 it will jump to 77. We’ve had multiple ac companies out and multiple companies have told us that it needs a new unit and new vents throughout the attic. I’ve lived in Florida my entire life so I get it. You can only get the house so cold during the summertime but we don’t live like Eskimos, our daughter is two years old. I’m talking about nighttime. Can’t get the house below 75°. And last, but not least this house had water damage from hurricane Milton that took over three months to fully fix. They took out part of the drywall in the front hallway and replaced it, the contractors did a horrible job. You’ll see as soon as you walk into the house where it was replaced, they did not address the issue about where the water came in from. This house was not flooded from stormwater, that happened due to rainwater don’t know if it came in through the roof or the front door regardless the issue was not addressed.
