    Do not buy a property "managed" by this clown-show. You will pay astronomical monthly fees and get nothing in return. It's a total ripoff. Whenever you report a problem or concern nothing gets done. Cindy Riner is the worst property manager and will not lift a finger to do anything whenever she is contacted about any issue or concern. She claims to come onsite to check for issues but has not been spotted once. She is completely unprofessional, obnoxious, and dishonest. I had to sell my condo to be done with them. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

    Beware of Greenacre's Predatory Legal Fees I am sharing this to warn my neighbors about a massive billing trap involving Greenacre Properties and the law firm Bush Ross P.A. I have always had my annual $160 HOA assessment set up on autopay, but the autopay unexpectedly failed. After missing just one mailed notice in February, Greenacre immediately escalated my account to collections at Bush Ross P.A. I just received a letter demanding $615. For a $160 balance, Bush Ross tacked on an outrageous $430 in "attorney fees" just to mail a single collection letter, alongside interest and mailing costs. Escalating a single missed payment into hundreds of dollars in legal fees feels like an absolute shakedown. Please double-check your Greenacre autopay settings right now so you don't fall victim to this $430 late-fee trap.

    I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A SHOUTOUT TO KAREN WHO HAS RECENTLY TAKEN OVER OUR ASSOCIATION (PINELAKE CONDO HOA). BY HER ACTIONS MAKING SURE THE HER WORK WAS ACCESSIBLE, HER ACTIONS SAVED ME MUCH TIME AND AVOIDED THE NEED FOR NUMEROUS RETURN TRIPS TO HANDLE THE PAPERWORK AND DETAIL ASSOCIATED WITH REPLACING THE DECK AT MY CONDOMINIUM, THANK YOU KAREN AND THOSE WHO ASSIST YOU....JOB PROFESSIONALLY AND WELL DONE.....BEST...BILL WILLIAMS

    This was my very first home and I couldn't have found a more perfect spot. The community was so welcoming when I first moved in and have been the most helpful people in the world. I really loved the peacefulness this neighborhood brought to me, it always felt so good to come home :)

    I am the current owner of Delicia Coffee, and last week I met with Greenacre Properties to provide a quote for coffee service at their Tampa headquarters. During the meeting, they told me they really liked the option I presented and said they wanted to move forward. They even asked if I could order the equipment quickly so we could install everything within two weeks. However, about a week later, I unexpectedly received an email from them stating they had decided to go with another vendor. There was no warning, no discussion of concerns, and no explanation provided. As a small local business, this was extremely disappointing—especially after being encouraged to move forward and begin preparing equipment for the account. In my experience, this was not an ethical or professional way to handle a business agreement. It felt like my proposal may have been used simply to obtain another bid, leaving me with equipment ordered for a client that no longer exists. I would advise other small businesses to proceed carefully when working with this company.
