- MRMillie RodriguezNov 27, 20251.0The management is very temperamental and quick to get attitude when asking for basic house prepares apartments are infested with roaches when ask to get and exterminator they refuse service and if they do come they do half ass work just lived there almost a year was threatened to get kicked out and refuse to renew our lease for no reason and appliances will stop working and they refuse to fix it . I do not recommend anybody living here heads up

Jeisi, who is a doll; initially began all my paperwork and kept me in the loop with all and any kind of update till the day I moved in, and if for any reason she was unavailable Zeke was right there with information that I needed. Since I have moved in the maintenance team has been very prompt with my requests and has successfully made the necessary updates. The neighborhood is quiet and people here are respectful and truthfully kind. Thank you WestEnd team!
