  Over all, my experience at Waterstone has been positive. Once working through a towing issue early on, it has gone uphill. It is a safe and welcoming area. Maintenance is always extremely helpful with even the small things, like changing light bulbs, etc. Cody has been very helpful in communicating important information to residents and assisting with lease questions.

  I’m a first time renter, and I love this apartment. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Leasing staff is great, and they really try to get to know their tenants. I live in a 1x1 and the bathrooms are small. The complex is so quiet, and its quite spacious for just me. Also, I feel safe even though it’s not a gated community. The location of this complex is amazing! Next to nearly everything you need and more! I plan on renewing my lease if negotiations goes well!! Since living here for almost two years, I have had no problems with my apartment. Angelica and the leasing staff has been so helpful, friendly, and have made an effort to include tenants on updated reminders with fun things for the community to be involved in.
