  DONT DO IT! This place is definitely not an option to put your child or student for housing. Theres no option to leave no stars, SADLY they get one. MY VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO! Contacted the office and spoke to Dakota, he was extremely reluctant to help me go through the process of being violated. When he was asked questions about public safety record issues at Vue Tampa South it was not in his interested to show compassion and reply with a response that was appropriate by telling me to contact the local police to find out more information. Apparently he wasn’t obligated to do so even though it’s public record. As a business owner and boss overseeing several staff members and employees he wouldn’t last a minute in the real world under real management. I guess he overlooked the small print of making the resident feel heard. SECURITY And SAFETY seems to be their last priority or responsibility. WORK ORDER REPAIR took weeks to fulfill after request was placed upon move in. GARBAGE, TRASH And CLEANLINESS in the hallways and around the complex are an absolute eyesore along with everything needing to be pressure washed. ABSOLUTELY STUNNED as they painted a beautiful picture prior to move in. At the end of the day, save yourself some aggravation! Spend a little bit more money, be comfortable and safe in a decent environment. As for the office staff at this locations, they are awesome and very professional, wish we can have 1 of them take over Dakota’s position.

  I had a tour with Taylor and she was so polite and fun to talk to! I have never had an application process go so easy and I would definitely recommend looking into the Vue. As an international student I came with a lot of questions and worries about the process but it was genuinely so easy and Taylor was very reassuring. I didn’t get the chance to chat with the other staff much but I heard nothing but good things.

  I’ve had a pretty good experience with Vue. It’s a good price for everything being furnished as well as in unit laundry, gym and a pool. We’ve had some issues with roaches but management has been good about responding to requests for pest control. There’s been a couple maintenance issues but that comes with every apartment. It really depends on your roommates and how clean everybody is. The people on my floor are chill and the general area feels safe where I can walk my dog at night. I like that I have my own space and bathroom. The key thing is to keep up with your space and make sure you and your roommates are cleaning up because that’s where most of problems with bugs start. The area around the complex is a little dirty but people come and power wash the place pretty often, and any complex is going to get dirty. My only complaint is that the parking spaces are small and some people park on the line and make it impossible to squeeze in. Another thing is the roaches always come back even if pest control does their thing. It’s probably a nest in the walls. It hasn’t been too awful though.

  Great place, nice community, friendly staff. Really turned things around. Been here three years and it’s not the same as before new management took over.
