It has been 4 weeks now since our apartment had requested maintenance for our dryer which not only doesn't work, but if left on, it would start smelling burnt and gets incredibly hot. Also, this isn't just an issue or request that we put it but never mentioned or spoke about again, no, we have put in MANY request under the "EMERGENCY" section AND have gone down to the main office MANY of times to which we always leave off with the same answer: "I'll be sure to let our maintenance guy know so he will probably come by sometime this week". Mind you, it has been 4 weeks of this. Due to this, I am going to give Vue Tampa a 1 star rating, as a current resident, for their negligence to care for their residents and their well-beings.
