  The office is unreachable at almost all times, you have to call 7-8 times to get someone to answer. Maintenance entered my unit without consent after I specifically requested them not to go into my unit without me, then proceeded to leave the door unlocked with nobody inside for a couple hours. There were roaches infested in the microwave, which was replaced after failure. However, roaches can be seen in the oven as well, and little to no concern or empathy is being shown for the disgusting nature of the issue, the impact, and inability to use infested appliances. The new office manager, Porsche, was particularly rude and unhelpful.

  I am not one to write reviews, but this place deserves it, first of all, I was left practically on the streets, for 4 days when my move in date was supposed to be 02/27/25 they called me and said that they will change it since past residents didn’t leave when their lease ended, I had to pay for their mistake, management did NOTHING, didn’t even offer to pay us a hotel o reduce fees or give us our SECURE DEPOSIT that we paid to move in that date, 3 tenants left in the street and they didn’t care. The only thing they gave me was a basket with some stationary stuff thinking that will help the “inconvenience” we went through. We moved in on 03/04/25 the apartment was in terrible conditions. I can barely open my patio door it’s completely stuck, my stove was burnt, and there is STILL a horrendous smell in the guest bathroom, I told them about it, and didn’t do nothing about it either like they always do:). There is ROACHES, and I’m a clean person and clean my house every other day. NO PARKING AFTER 8!!! I have to park all across my building when I get back home after work, and I work at a restaurant and I leave late, I come home tired so I can walk an extra mile just to get home, how pleasant isn’t it? People smoking weed and can penetrate straight to your apartment. And what made me right this review is about the new “trash policy”. When I moved in they told me 2 trash bags could be set outside after 7pm. I left my house today and saw a notice, charging me 50 dollars for violations, no warning no nothing, they just charged me. They didn’t even take my trash and several of my neighbors, I went to the office, spoke to two ladies, they didn’t even know that they changed the policy, their staff isn’t even prepared and don’t know what’s going on. I am not one to be checking my phone every 5 minutes to see if they changed anything, I just followed what they told me when I moved in. I bet there is more people that do the same as me, and expect us to read everything they send which sometimes it’s just spam. I did not find this fair at all, if I would’ve known I would’ve left just 1 trash bag. Ps: the amenities that they offer suck! The pool is drenched in chlorine, the gym smells terrible and there is nothing that you can actually work out with, and I pay around 200 dollars for amenities. They try to hide all the bad reviews with people that don’t even live here. DONT MOVE HERE EVER!!! I can’t wait when my lease ends, and probably they will make me pay for stupid stuff that was already there before we moved in;)
