B a r e l y any parking, some neighboors were playing with a soccer ball and h i t one car but didn't care, I had a car magnet that was s t ol e n from my car (which seems insignificant but tells a lot about the area). I was thinking of scheduling a proper tour to see if I started leasing here based on recommendations but I don't think it's a good idea anymore... And the odor was horrible, smelled like stank coochie ! The office staff wasn’t really friendly and for that price and outdated appliances it’s definitely not worth it take your money elsewhere and there was also mold in the bathroom
