When you go to the apartment complex office, they tell you you’re the only one that complains. Nothing is being done to secure the safety of the residents . The gate has been broken forever and it never gets fixed. No one in the management office seems to care .

We havent ever had an issue with cockroaches unless we forgot to clean the kitchen, and yes - the gate doesnt work most of the time but its a super safe neighborhood and ive never had an issue. If anything i prefer it bc when we have guests we dont have to deal with the hassle, and if we forget the key thing its not a big deal. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and just a dream. And the staff is great, especially beverly who consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. For the 1/1 we pay just under 2k a month when you take into account the fees and utilities. Overall, i highly recommend.
- JDjohn dodbemdJan 11, 20261.0PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING MOVING IN!!!!!!!!!!!Worst place i’ve ever rented from by a landslide. My apartment had water damage from the tenant above me and started to have a black mold issue. We reported the issue to the office and all they did was paint over the mold it was insane. I ended up having to call code enforcement to get them to at least patch the issue. The place is literally falling apart I can’t tell you how many issues i’ve had in the past two years and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also they took away the universal gate code so if you get food or groceries delivered they’ll have to tailgate in. And you only get one card to get in the gate and if you lose it it’s 100 dollars to get it replaced. This place is genuinely awful and don’t even get me started on the management. They’re so incompetent the office must be run like a circus.
