I’ve had an outstanding experience at Preserve at Westchase! From day one, the entire team has been professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to resident satisfaction.
A special thank you to Josh, the Property Manager, whose leadership truly shows in how smoothly the community operates. Austin, the Assistant Property Manager, is always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help.
Barry and Kalebe in the leasing office are fantastic — friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process and beyond. They made everything easy and stress-free while maintaining a warm, personable approach.
The community itself is well-maintained, peaceful, and a great place to call home. It’s clear that this team truly cares about their residents. I highly recommend Preserve at Westchase to anyone looking for a beautiful community with exceptional management and staff!
ive had an absolutely amazing experience with preserve at westchase. barry was great from the beginning. he helped me feel very comfortable and made sure i was taken care of. i even held off from leaving a review because it felt too good to be true. But now 2 months in I can say it is a great complex with great people!
Ok here we go. It first started with not having the correct apartment, then when we moved into the alt apartment we agreed to, it was not cleaned except for the last resident. Since then I have delt with so many AC issues. Out of the 10 times or so my wife called after hours for emergency service (this was during the summer), one time they actually came by. Funny thing is they never answer or call you back. They show up maybe 10% of the tine. Get fans. You will hear nothing. The place is loud, the walls are paper thin, the place smells of animal waste, and might as well be the projects.
I have given these people more than a piece of my mind as has my wife. As I sit here with less than 30 days left hearing my upstairs neighbor do what sounds like bowling above me, I know I made the right move by not renewing.
BTW, I love how you try to do a face-lift by changing some of the signs but leaving the ones right next to them faded. You can really tell you are grasping at straws. Also when they dont raise your rent a dime should tell you EVERYTHING you need to know.
Also the gate has not worked since I moved in about 12 months ago, so dont buy any of that.
Also, not a fan of management pounding on my door over confusing policies either, but I digress. Call me if you have issues with this review.

We’ve had a great experience moving into Preserve at Westchase. The community is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It truly feels peaceful and comfortable to live here.
There are so many great amenities — the pool area is beautiful, the gym is well-equipped, and we really enjoy having access to the basketball court and billiards area. It’s a great place for both relaxation and recreation.
Kaleb was amazing throughout the entire process. He helped us with everything, explained all the details clearly, and made our move smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and very helpful from start to finish.
We’re very happy to be part of this community and highly recommend it!

Truthfully, the apartment complex was great to my girlfriend and I. We had some issues that were never resolved as far as some maintenance things but I wouldn’t blame the maintenance team for it but more so the potential 3rd party for parts. The overall experience was made from the leasing office worker named Barry. Barry truly cares about his community and goes above and beyond for the residents. I never felt like I was an inconvenience when talking to him. Definitely needs a raise or promotion in the near future.
