This is just a beginning a review that I will upate in next few weeks as I have time.
In the mean time, please for love of all things holy, if you are in the rental marketplace, rent a small single family 3 bedroom house closeby with much more amenities/privacy/safety for 30-40% cheaper that this hollow drywall box they call an apartment. There are tons available.
And please read their 2/3/4 star reviews. Most 5* reviews are likely solicited.
In a day or two there will be a cookie cutter response from management of this complex. And yep there it is. They addressed me by name. I am blushing. But Please ignore. Thats cut and paste as well. Will share in detail as time permits, why this place sucks.
Update 1/10/2026:
So yes the place looks awesome from the outside and during tours. Infact I picked this place because of the bling, and not google reviews. But here are some of the things you should consider:
x No dead bolts: They want to portray themselves as a safe and secure place to stay. Guess what none of the apartments have dead bolts. Seriously! Everything is an 4-6 pin keyed in lock. If you have lived through digital age, you know everything is hackable. This place is a stalkers dream residence. Besides all front office, maintenance, or anyone who "supposedly" needs access to your apartment has master codes to enter your apartement at will and boy... they do, unanounced, with no heads up in the name of inspections. I brought it up, and they informed me that their lease states that our safety is not their responsility. If something happens we should call 911 and to please inform them so they can update their records. LOL . Go figure! The drive in automated gate hasnt worked for 5/7 months we have been here. So the gate is wide open 24/7. Then they fixed it for couple months. Butttttt any 3 digit code worked. Try any code starting with 3. How about 333!!! Thats what I use to get in, since we have 3 cars and 2 remotes. ;)
More when I have time to kill!

Positive Aspects:
The community is very clean and well-maintained.
With only seven buildings, maintenance requests are handled quickly.
Rules are enforced strictly, which helps maintain order.
It’s a very quiet community.
Negative Aspects:
There is no designated play area for kids.
Walls are quite thin, so noise travels easily between rooms.
If you have young kids (around 3–4 years old) who aren’t into screens, it can be challenging. Any tapping or jumping sounds can disturb neighbors.
Noise from tapping on walls can be heard on both upper and lower floors.
Most tenants value peace and quiet, so even minor disturbances can lead to complaints—and in extreme cases, police involvement.
Any damage is charged to the tenant. For example, in my case, they replaced an entire vanity instead of repairing it and charged $450, which felt unreasonable and scamming people by showing them lease.
Office staff can come across as rude and overly focused on enforcing rules.
There’s little empathy from the staff, and some conversations felt unprofessional.
I suspect they may withhold the security deposit for questionable reasons.
Recommendation:
Read your lease agreement carefully before signing. Understand all rules and policies to avoid surprises later.

A wonderful place to live in!
We are a family of 3 , staying in this property for more than 2 years now and we are extremely satisfied. The upkeep of the property, interaction with the staff, the amenities, everything we care for have remained top notch throughout our stay. This is also very well located with a lot of major brands nearby. One trivia, the internet package they provide come with all major streaming platforms bundled , that’s a big bonus !!

I don’t live here (yet), but I toured with Janae and she was the best. She was so knowledgeable and personable. She made sure to show us everything and answered every question we had. I’ve toured several other complexes since then and nowhere else comes close to being as nice as Oasis looked. I’ll definitely be applying in the near future!

I’ve absolutely loved living here! They do such a good job keeping the property clean and well maintained. They also have excellent pest control - I’ve rarely seen live insects which is rare in the Florida humidity.
