  I am trying to move in this community. We did a tour I have been calling 5-10 times a day for 6 days now left voicemail, text I even emailed. No answer, maybe this review will help me reach someone

  I don’t ever really leave reviews but Nathaniel was extremely helpful throughout my entire move-in process. As a service member who was unfamiliar with the area, he made everything much easier and less stressful. He guided me through the apartment process step by step, and his communication was always clear, timely, and professional. The process was very fast and smooth, and Nathaniel made sure I understood everything along the way. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported during my transition. The facility itself is beautiful and features very modern, updated technology, which makes living here even better. Everything feels clean, secure, and well-designed. Since moving in, everyone I’ve interacted with has also been great, which reflects the quality of the team here. I truly appreciate Nathaniel’s help and professionalism, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to move into the community.

  I’ve lived at The Galvin for nearly a year, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The community is always clean, the amenities are exceptional, and the location is convenient to everything. The leasing and maintenance teams are quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I’ll truly miss living here. Thank you for making my time here so enjoyable. ❤️

  Be aware of an ongoing bug infestation at The Galvin. I was so excited to move here and watched the construction go up. I loved the property when I came to tour it. Adam was very helpful during the entire application process. I couldn’t wait for my lease to end at my old apartment and to move in here. I moved in over 3 weeks ago and have been dealing with book lice bugs throughout multiple rooms in my apartment since move in. Pest control has sprayed my unit FOUR times already, yet the problem continues and is only multiplying. This is clearly a deeper, building-wide issue that is not being properly addressed. Book lice feed on mold, fungi, algae and grow in damp surfaces like walls. I’ve been told by management and two different employees that the available apartment above me is “completely fine” and that the bugs are somehow “unique” to only my unit. However, I had a friend tour the vacant apartment above mine this past Monday, and the book lice bugs are everywhere. All over the floor, baseboards, windows seals, sink, etc. despite being told there is “no issue at all.” Pest control has also advised me that they've sprayed multiple other rooms for this same infestation. I am left with false information by management, living in uncleanly environment where I constantly have to sweep and clean up live bugs. I even found them crawling on my comforter as I am going to bed. They crawl all over my counters as I am cooking too. It's a constant battle, finding more and more of them as I swifter every morning and night. Renters should be aware before signing a lease here.
