    Lived here for 2 years. Location is great, staff is kind, maintenance is quick to respond and neighbors were friendly.

    I am giving 1 star because the units are big and the location was close to downtown. That being said, there’s a huge termite and ant infestation. Not just my unit but other units in different buildings. I was woken up by swarmers in my bedroom straight out a horror film and had to sleep in my living room with a towel under the door for 2 days. I have the bitemarks in the face to prove it. Move here if you enjoy termite wings and droppings in your home. Oh and I’ve seen rats roaming the adjacent building notified the office and never got a response. As a native, I have never experienced this. Good luck!

    Los apartamentos tienen muy buen confort las instalaciones y áreas muy limpias y la atención de la administración y el mantenimiento son excelentes principalmente María que atiende muy amable y respetuosamente a todos muchas gracias por tan buena experiencia
