- SSSumeetDec 16, 20255.0I just moved in a few weeks ago, and this is a great place to live! The apartment is very clean, the other tenants are extremely friendly, and maintenance is very fast. The office staff are very nice as well. It's a very quiet neighborhood, which I appreciate. The amenities are exactly are described; modern gym, modern pool, great office spaces. I have not seen any bugs here either, which was a problem at my last place. My only issue is that most of the parking spots are reserved, so I don't get to park near the front door. However, this is a very small issue and there is plenty of parking in the back of the complex. Not something to worry about!

- DRDavid RaNov 3, 20255.0EDIT: Novel addressed the feedback and adjusted the parking policies. Updating review to 5*, since responsiveness is very important to me. It means that they actually care. The apartment complex itself is great — the community is nice, and the location and amenities are excellent. But since our community started using an on-call parking enforcement company, parking here has become really frustrating. It honestly feels more like parking in a public lot than in a place where I actually live. We’re allowed to park in our own reserved spaces, but not to back into them — and even though we pay for a reserved spot, we still receive warnings and violations. The whole system feels inconvenient, overly strict, and not at all like the comfortable, home-like environment an apartment community should provide. It’s disappointing to feel restricted and unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to feel like home.
