- DGDolores GonsalvesJan 12, 20261.0My Tony and me moved to Rose Estate Tampa 2009 . It was pretty then. There were two kind managers in the office. We had our payment taped to our door each month. We could pay with a bank check. Whiskey, is unhelpful. Rude rolls her eyes and tells me to get internet. I dont have a computer. Brandy does not know the law. We had a party in community thought she was Fired. Tim quit she so mean. INSPIRE HELP US

Dark murky stream filled with TRASH. So nasty. Half of the homes are or for Sale or have 4 roommates. Community Manager is abusive and has devalued! Lot Rent a jokable $800 for garbage removel ONCE a week! NO lawn service for a tiny piece of Grass. Maintenance non existent if there is a problem. Yipping 5 dogs and vehicles per house. Unsafe with Felons zero quality of peace.

- KLKimberly LeafDec 27, 20254.0I lived there for 3 years. The lot fee increases every year. There is no garbage on the ground and the grass is mowed. some tenants don't follow the rules. They need to get rid of some old trailers. It is an eyesore.
