- RCronald costantinoAug 22, 20255.0I collect the trash inside this community every Friday and everyone is so nice. There are a couple regulars who give us cola or Gatorade. Some even give us a small gift on the holidays. The property manager is so nice and keeps the place in tip top shape so everyone can enjoy the amenities of this great place. They got a pool and a few brand new units with some older units for sale and rent as well. Definitely a great community if you are 55+ and looking in Tampa i highly recommend checking this place out!
