- ATAidamar Torres4 days ago1.0My application, application fee, and deposit were transferred to a different property after approval, and now, after we signed the lease, all the utilities are under my name and I'm paying them double because the money isn't being transferred on their system a day after my moving date, and I still don't have my keys. We are a family of 5, and we are about to be homeless because the only person that can help doesn't work during the weekend after I was told that I was going to get my keys on 2/27. I contacted customer service and they said that at this point we are back to square one. This company doesn't seem to care about finding a house for our family; they just want our money.

- NNNicholasFeb 20, 20265.0I have to say I dont normally write reviews but I feel I have to..I have been going through financial struggles lately and while I was going through the process of paying late fees and struggling I got a phone call from Rixie Diaz at the Tampa office telling me to come in and see her and she would take care of everything from waiving the fees to discussing how to get my ledger back on track she truly made the process fantastic and simple I am all caught up now and its all thanks to Rixie! Truly an incredible employee she even stayed late for me when I got stuck in traffic truly makes me want to only deal with her from now on!

Please hire as many inspectors as possible before you rent from this disgusting agency or you are putting your whole household at risk. AVOID PROGRESS AT ALL COSTS
