David went above and beyond and removed a dead rat due to safety and health concerns for my family, even though that is not what he was sent for. We appreciate having employees like David.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly the entire time. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work and making sure his customers are comfortable. Thanks to Drose, our home is cool again — I couldn’t recommend him more! If you ever need your AC fixed, he’s definitely the person to call.
