I’ve been living at Miles at Ybor for a couple of months now and I honestly really like it here. The staff has been super friendly and helpful from day one. I know it’s under newer management and they’re still getting everything fully dialed in, but so far they’ve been doing an amazing job and have always been there whenever I needed anything.
My apartment has been clean and well maintained, and I haven’t had any issues at all with AC, electricity, or anything else. Everything has worked exactly how it should.
The location is a huge plus. It’s right in the heart of Ybor, close to everything, and being connected to the train makes getting downtown incredibly easy. On top of that, the price is hard to beat. I’m paying around $1,000 a month, and getting the first two months free was incredible. You really won’t find anything comparable in this area for the price.
Only real negatives is that the windows don't open, I would really like to be able to crack it a bit. And yes, there is the alarm that does go off in the lobby sometimes but it's just something I hear when I'm leaving and I assume that will be fixed soon. Nothing deal breaking there.
All in all, if you’re looking for a place in the Tampa area with a great location, solid value, super pet friendly and a helpful staff, I’d definitely recommend checking out Miles at Ybor.

I lived at Miles at Ybor from April to August, and it has now been five months since I moved out and I am still waiting for my security deposit full refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, management has been largely unresponsive and unwilling to provide a clear update or resolution.
In addition, on my move-in date in April, there was no one available to check me in!I had to call the property management multiple times just to locate someone who could provide the Latch app, which made an already busy moving day very stressful. They simply said everyone called in sick with no apology!
It is unreasonable to require tenants to pay a deposit immediately yet wait months to receive it back. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering moving here to proceed with caution.

It's alright but not great.
Basically all of these amenities are just for show:
* The terrace: the tables have no base and fall over if you put any weight on them
* The phone booths. They are just echo chambers and provide no sound proofing.
* The desks: They play an alarm on the weekends when office staff isn't there to deter you from using the amenities. The same alarm is played on the terrace. You might hear this alarm wake you up depending on where you live in the building (which of course is a violation of your right to quiet enjoyment).
* Pool: may be the only real amenity, but still nobody uses it, there is an ocean nearby.
* Luxor package system: the mail people often just ignore it and put your package on the ground in the mail room
The beds are FULL size, meaning if you are 5 '10 or above your legs are going to hang off the end.
You will hear the bars most nights when you go to sleep but the noise can be drowned out with ear plugs.
The leasing office staff can be helpful at times, other times they will just outright ignore your emails if they find them an inconvenience.
Pros:
* Decent location
* Nice and minimalistic if that is your vibe
