I normally don't write reviews unless I had a really bad experience or a really good one. And today's review is the latter. The customer service I received from Elsa, Natalie, and Chino was nothing short of top notch, 10/10. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience despite how busy they were on Monday and Tuesday. Heck, I saw Elsa move-in 4 new residents on Monday! By. Herself. While answering all my questions about 7 different units. Bless you! Chino is one of the hardest working people I met. I swear I've seen this man working waaaay after his shift has ended. Natalie was so patient with me. She helped me get into my unit when she wasn't suppose to be working at all. Management, please give this Ultimate Dream Team a raise. They are so deserving! All my reservations about Miles at Ybor have been put to rest. Trust me, I had ahhhh lot of reservations, considering it literally sits next to an active railway system. Ironically, I have not heard the train during the 2 nights I've been onsite. Nor have I heard loud music coming from the clubs. Mind you, I've only been onsite Monday and Tuesday. I'll update my review if anything changes. If you're on the fence about Miles at Ybor, great! That's actually a really good sign. That makes you a keen and discerning individual. Exactly what a great communities are made of. Trust your gut. I know I did. That's why I trust, Elsa, Chino & Natalie with my new home.

I moved into Miles at Ybor on January 2, 2026. It's a very cool place. In the heart of Ybor, reasonably priced and I am happy to call it home. Dispute what others say, noise isn't too bad. But it's City living! The leasing agent, Ms. Rubio is a hoot owl. She has a great sense of humor and knows this place like the back of her hand. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to see when I get home from work. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Natalie & Elsa were both very helpful with the application & move-in process. I especially appreciated Natalie allowing me to test the internet speed during my tour, as I work hybrid & need reliable connectivity for my remote work. The pool appears clean & spacious, though I haven’t had a chance to use it yet due to the weather. The lobby & coworking spaces are also well-maintained & neat. One minor issue is that the main entrance door is currently broken, so a code isn’t required to enter the lobby. (The leasing staff assured me this is being addressed & should hopefully be fixed soon.) The interior design is modern & appealing, with bathrooms that feature excellent multi-setting shower heads. The washers & dryers in the units are also surprisingly quiet. However, If you work remotely or hybrid, please pay close attention not just to the amenities within the property, but also to the location of your unit in relation to the surrounding area. Ground-floor units in particular may be impacted by nearby noise. I would give Natalie & Elsa 5 stars for their attentive, & helpful customer service. Unfortunately, I would rate the property itself only 3. I initially expected some train noise, but I did not realize trains would pass multiple times a day ( not just 2 or 3 x) depending on the day. Additionally, there appears to be a rooster in the area that crows not just in the morning, but nearly 24/7 ( not exaggerating). While I understand that management cannot control the train schedule or the rooster, it does impact daily life & productivity. It also seems the property layout could have been better planned in relation to surrounding noise. Amenities such as the pool, courtyard, coworking space, lounge, & lobby might have been better placed on the side facing the train so that first-floor units could be on the quieter side. The train passes EXTREMELY close to the building ( like so close you can see the colors of the passengers' luggage) and the horn/ whistle sounds as loud as the train itself, if not louder. For those working remotely, depending on your job responsibilities, even the best noise-canceling headset will likely have to be put on mute. All in all if I could pick the building up & place it in a different location I think I would enjoy living here much more, so for that reason , overall, I'll give 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
