  We contacted Mark Spain Realty because of radio commercials we heard. We explained that we were interested in the cash guarantee because we needed to sell quickly, the rep was like “no problem”. Well, nothing went according to their advertisement. They say “ no showings, no open houses”, we had a lock box put on our door, there were 2 showings in 5 months AND we never got the guaranteed cash offer. We do not recommend.

  My experience with Mark Spain's office was one filled with inexperienced people who were not honest. They had me sign a listing agreement to pay them 6% and locked me in for six months. I worked with an agent who i caught in many lies, tried to use scare tactics with false information under estimating my knowledge. Liars, cheaters, tell you your house can sell for more them it can tonget the listing.

  Bridget was a joy to work with from the first day we met her to the end of the process. Whenever we had a question she was always available to answer any and all questions promptly! I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a realtor

  Avoid Mark Spain Realty at all costs. Their seller's agent turned what should have been a smooth transaction into an absolute joke. He was condescending and outright misogynistic toward my seasoned female realtor, dripping with sarcasm as he interrupted her nonstop and had the nerve to tell her she needed his help with paperwork because she didnt answer him for an hour, meanwhile this clown ignored texts and calls for days on end, acted like submitting basic offers was some massive favor, and dragged every single piece of documentation like he was allergic to efficiency. It was embarrassing to watch a so-called professional behave like a petty middle-school bully who somehow stumbled into real estate. The whole experience was a complete farce from start to finish. We had to chase him constantly just to keep things moving, and even after closing, he forgot to remove the lockbox, leaving the property sitting there unsecured like an afterthought. Mark Spain Realty talks a big game about being professional and hassle-free, but dealing with their agent was nothing but arrogance, incompetence, and unnecessary drama. Save your sanity and your time. Go with literally anyone else. Zero stars. This company is a total joke.

  Probably the worst realtor in Tampa Bay area. Listed my house for 6 months and did not even do one one house. Cash offer was a lie then after contract run out with them we get three offers in one day. Wanted me to resign to get deals no thank you would not recommend the to my nobody to sell house.
