I called for details about a property. They insisted I had to have a buyers agent. The agent didn't return my call and I found out that the property was a 55+ anyway. Waisted a lot of my time. Terrible.

Michael Eddings is one of a kind as far as realtors go. I recently worked with first time home buyer (as their lender), and Mike was the listing agent for the sale. I've never seen someone go above and beyond the way this man put in the time and effort to bring this transaction to the closing table smoothly. The original seller passed away on closing day before he could sign, and Mike saved this deal for the seller's family by guiding them through the probate process, and helping the first time home buyer purchase their first home. Legends never die. Thank you for everything!

Nattily was with me all the way. It was a different sale as my wife passed just died weeks earlier. The market was deflated due to do many homes in the area listed for sale. The mortgage company was in cooperative stating the hours had equity of $307K. We had several folks view the home and received two offers. Both fell through. Then Nattily revived the first offer. And negotiated a sale. The house closed within days. She was an angel and helped me keep my sanity. Thank you, Mark Spain Realty for having me an agent such as Nastily. Thanks you.

Justin Meyers was exceptional from start to finish. He embodies the true value of a dedicated real estate professional. As an out-of-state seller, I especially appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond—he literally rolled up his sleeves to handle a repair at the house, helping minimize costs and reduce stress before closing. His professionalism, commitment, and hands-on approach made all the difference. Justin, you’re the best!

Absolutely the worse realty company. My house sale fell through and the buyers down payment was supposed to come to me. However, the buyers were in disagreement and it went to mediation. I contacted the Mediator to find out what's going on with the earnest money. She added me to the emails she has been sending to Mark Spain realty and with no response. The buyers relinquished the funds 4 months ago and I knew nothing about it. Mark Spain is very helpful when you are trying to sale your house but if it falls through or your waiting for buyers earnest money Good Luck! Stay Away....not a good real estate company at all...
