  God bless the staff at Legend Oaks. We recently became residents here and our experience has been excellent. The office team (Kayla C. and Leidy V.) have been professional, fast, informative, and hospitable. The maintenance staff have also been friendly and fast to respond to our maintenance request. Any time we need assistance, we have confidence that someone will be able to help us. We are enjoying our stay at Legend Oaks. Thank you to everyone who have made us feel at home.

  SAVE your MONEY & go to something better. I’l this place sucks. Not only are they raising rent for units that haven’t been updated since the 80s but the structural integrity of the buildings is horrible. I wouldn’t be surprised if the walls and floors start rotting away in a few years. My sink and shower have both started rotting from old age and maintenance knows about the hazard and has done nothing and There is black mold. 100%. They claim to have a working security gate and it does not ever work within the 3+ years of me living here. The sounds of creaking through the roof/floor are insane it literally sounds like the ceiling will fall through if my neighbors step a little too hard. Loud music is constant and they never do anything about it when reported. Problems with maintenance go unsolved for months, they don’t keep correct records of anything so even if you’re paying rent on time, you’ll get notices on your door for things you already paid for or don’t pertain to you. You pay for trash removal just for the trash guy to not come most days. And the raccoons are insane, they penalize you if raccoons get into your trash but want to give us ridiculous trash cans that don’t lock properly, and can’t pick up the trash on time so it gives the raccoons more of an opportunity to break in.

  Leah was a great tour guide, she answered all my questions and was honest about the apartments being rent out or taken so quickly. This property is still too far of a commute to work than what I was looking for. She was a pleasure to work with and I do recommend seeing her if you are interested in this complex.
