- GLGary LaaseNov 5, 20254.0Greenacres sent me a note in reference to a sign in my yard. I had my driveway redone (already under contract before the moratorium was announced. Company came, did good work and was asked by neighbors who did the work. Left sign up one day past the work being completed and was given a non-compliance notice. Contacted the company and quickly resolved notice immediately. Greenacre POC was responsive. All good now.

For a first time offense I was fined $1000, then when I try to pay my fine in their online portal, suddenly I’m mysteriously blocked from making payments!? Communication is poor, employees are rude and incompetent. This company is part of the problems plaguing Florida homeowners!
