To rent one of our apartment homes, we require a gross monthly household income that equals at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Pest control is included in the monthly rent. Water and sewer are billed based on consumption and added to the rent. Common area electricity is charged back to residents based on the number of occupants and the square footage of their apartments, typically ranging from $8 to $15 per month. Valet trash service costs $35 per month, while all other utilities are billed separately and paid directly to the providers.

We require a $350 one-time pet fee to be paid for the first pet and a $700 one-time fee to be paid for the second, as well as pet rent of $25 a month per pet. We do not charge a pet deposit. To properly register a pet with the leasing office, you will need to provide a photo of the pet and up-to-date vet records prior to move-in. Breed restrictions include Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepard, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, or any breed mixed with one of those listed here.

Please select permission to enter when submitting your work orders through the resident portal. This will allow the maintenance team to enter your apartment to complete your work order, without you needing to be present. Please be sure animals are secure.

You can pay rent online through your resident portal.

One parking decal will be issued per leaseholder. Parking is unassigned, first-come-first-serve in our parking garage. Reserved spaces can be purchased for $100 a month.
