From the moment I spoke with her, she was kind, patient, and extremely professional. She genuinely cares about the people she helps, and it shows in the way she communicates and handles everything. Lina made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was always on top of things, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure nothing got overlooked. You don’t find that kind of dedication often these days. She gets the job done and does it with a great attitude and real heart.
- TCTrixie C.Oct 20, 20251.0Worst place I have rented . Property management is rude, talks to you with an attitude, seem to have an issue everytime you make a maintenance request. They blame you for everything, what was supposed to be 1350 a month rent comes out to almost 1,600 Because they work with yes management which splits 50/50 between occupancy and square footage on who lives in complex. For trash and water . My water heater is bad but properly manager stated since it still works they can not replace it. Water damage to roof caused a hole and mold which still 3 months later has not been fixed pictures on the internet are definitely not what the apartment looks like. And since they work with “vendor’s “ the chance of you getting anything repaired or fixed it’s slim or will take months. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even if it was a last choice. My trash bill is more than my water bill! And my light bill in a one bedroom is over $200 because AC is constantly running because lack of pressure that comes out of vents.
