  Element has prime location downtown with dining, Tampa Theater, Curtis Hixon Park, Armature Works and the Starz Performing arts center all within walking distance. Unfortunately I’ve seen numerous reports in the local news of water outages, flooding, etc disrupting the buildings.

  I loved touring these apartments. The location is central and the views were gorgeous. Brooklyn was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated how long she took explaining all of the amenities and nearby favorites. I'd recommend this complex to anyone that prioritizes luxury style living and competent staff. I'll be sending my recs to Brooklyn!

  I had a wonderful experience working with the team, especially Kassy, to find the perfect apartment and complete my move-in. Kassy was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right fit. The entire staff was accommodating and responsive throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The concierge service was also incredibly helpful on move-in day—they made the transition seamless and much easier than I expected. I truly appreciate the professionalism and support from start to finish!

  I submitted an application to rent an apartment here and the front desk called me back and said that I did not fill out the Application correctly. The vero system that they use to verify income it’s not set up for business owners. because I am a business owner and some of my documents were different then what they were asking for on Vero Brooke just refused to work with me. She refused to even send my application in to see if it would get approved. If you are a business owner, I highly recommend you do not even try to rent here as they are not accommodating and I just wasted my money on the application fee even tho I make plenty enough money to live there, Furthermore I asked to speak to the manager, and I was told she was in a meeting and never heard back from her. Lousy customer service

  I toured this building recently with Rachel, the Assistant Manager. She was SO great that I had to come and leave her some praise! I had alot of questions and she was thorough at explaining the entire move in and leasing process. The apartment I toured was a renovated one bedroom on the 12th floor. I loved the white kitchen, the floor to ceiling windows and the open bedroom concept. I can’t wait to move in! Thank you Rachel for helping me make a decision on the best apartment for me.
