    Quiero dejar una reseña muy positiva para Coopers Pond. Mi experiencia ha sido excelente desde el primer día. La comunidad es tranquila, limpia y bien mantenida, y me siento muy cómodo viviendo aquí. Un agradecimiento especial para Lia, quien hizo que mi proceso de mudanza fuera muy fácil y sin complicaciones. Fue profesional, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en cada paso. Gracias a ella, todo fue realmente rápido y sin estrés. El equipo de mantenimiento también ha sido excelente, respondiendo a las solicitudes con rapidez y eficiencia. En general, recomiendo Coopers Pond a cualquiera que esté buscando un lugar agradable y bien administrado para vivir. Muchas gracias especialmente a Lia por hacer que todo fuera tan sencillo.

    Muy disgustada después de 14 meses de alquiler. La grúa se llevó el carro de mi esposo que estaba roto y sin la placa, PERO CON EL STICKER DE AUTORIZO DE PARQUEO. Estacionado en uno de nuestros 2 espacios frente al apto, la justificación del security: Que sin placa no puede estar ahí! Y ahora, quién cubre los gastos para recuperar uno de nuestros carros que fue remolcado, REPITO, CON EL STICKER DE AUTORIZACIÓN DE PARQUEO! Que alguien me explique, el carro Estacionado en uno de nuestros espacios que pagamos todos los meses y con el sticker de autorizo. Si realmente no podía estar ahí sin placa, por qué no se nos notificó para que tomáramos acción? Es que 14 meses rentados, cumpliendo con las reglas del lugar a cavalidad no cuentan? Para qué se paga el derecho de parqueo? Si aún con el sticker visible, deciden remolcar el carro sin tener en cuenta que ese espacio se paga. MUY DECEPCIONADOS, NO RECOMENDARÉ ESTE LUGAR A NADIE!

    I had a problem with my hot water heater, I called the office and within 30 minutes they sent Andreas to my unit. He listened to my issue and fixed it correctly the first time. The maintenance people are terrific here. Thank You so much
