The maintenence man says he has done everything. It is cooling. Non-stop. Yet this damn ac is still not working. It has been running for hours. They need a AC professional licensed on this property. FPI management should invest in a real AC professional. Licensed and experienced. These temporary bandaid is costing us hundreds of dollars on a monthly bases in electricity. Electricity is expensive enough, to then add a bad AC measures it worse. A properly working ac will work no matter the temp outside. Im sure that if property management was having these issues. How fast would it take for them to fix their own AC units. I'm frustrated. I've been here 10 years. I'm 62 years old. This is unacceptable. I truly like living here. But I have had issues with this ac several times. That's why is so frustrating. Still dealing with a bandaid fixed AC. New bill for $329.00 from another high bill of $269 LAST month . Properly WORKING AC UNITS SHOULD NOT GENERATE THESE PRICES. REGARDLESS OF THE HIGH RATES FROM TECO. SUMMER HASN'T EVEN STARTED. F, I'LL BE PAYING $500 BY AUGUST AT THIS RATE. UNEXPECTIBLE. INCOME BASED MEANS HIGH LIGHT BILLS. LACK OF MAINTENENCE ON THESE AC UNITS. MY UNIT HAD BEEN REPLACED 3 TIMES IN 10 YEARS.
