The attention to detail, with a nod to Ybor's History, is amazing, from the poems of José Martí assigned to each apartment to the hexagon tiles in the bathrooms that replicate the sidewalks of 7th. Not to mention the top-of-the-line fitness center, fun resident events that highlight local businesses, & awesome leasing team. Laura, Chris & Tiffany are always so friendly & prompt to respond to any questions/concerns.

A block away from all of the attractions that Ybor has to offer but still sits in its own beautiful, quiet corner of the neighborhood. The building has managed to really highlight and maintain the history of the area, while providing all of the luxuries of a high-end modern apartment. We love the homey feeling and patina of both our building and Ybor - something that is hard to find in the Tampa Area. The staff is also incredible. Tiffany was an extremely warm presence when we originally visited the property and made actually feel like people instead of potential customers (like we were made to feel elsewhere.) Her welcoming smile is one of the biggest reasons we chose Marti! The rest of the office staff and maintenance staff have also been incredible - I’ve never had a team respond to (minor) maintenance issues faster. I would highly recommend checking this place out! I have never had such responsive service. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Chris showed me around and hosts the socials every month. I highly recommend checking it out!
