  Positives: Rosemary and Trinity are really great! They were extremely helpful and responsive. No complaints there. Negatives: Luxury aspect is pretty underwhelming, not terrible but definitely not worth the price, there are places at similar price points with better amenities. Electric bill is absolutely insane, I'm talking 400-600 bucks a month and I wasn't even using it that often, just needed A/C of course but that was killing me. MOST IMPORTANT NEGATIVE: Palmettos, Roaches, whatever the hell you wanna call them. That was why I broke my lease, they were coming from the sinks, bathtubs, vents, and wherever else you can think. And they were HUGE. I could not even take a damn shower or sit on the toilet without feeling like one of those things will pop out of somewhere, and unfortunately more than a few times that's exactly what happened. I felt like the response to my complaints on this were not taken as seriously as I would've like. They charge 5/month for a bug guy to come every now and again which is fine, but I was getting treatments biweekly and there was basically no change to the frequency of seeing alive ones but I started randomly finding dead ones all over the place. I was seeing 3-5 per week, sometimes more, and it got out of hand towards the end. The summer however was absolutely the worst of it. I strongly advise against living here due to that very reason, it was just too uncomfortable. TL;DR Rosemary and Trinity are excellent staff, luxury was meh, electric bill insanely high, ROACHES

  They are constantly doing construction and remodeling, but don't give the residents a heads up. There is water damage in my apartment, and they are extremely slow to help with any request.

  Rosemary, Jason, Tiffany and Trinity are amazing office staff! Manny the maintenance guy is always quick to help! Very comfortable place, I’ve lived here for two years. Lots of renovations and friendly neighbors. Love it!

  DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office staff is rude and lost my personal belongings with no care. To this day have not gotten an update on what they did with my stuff. No matter how clean you are there are roaches. Maintenance walked in on me in the bathroom TWICE without even knocking. The first time I was upset but assumed it was an accident… but a second time… didn’t think to knock when you heard the shower running?? The door was even locked he just decided to unlock it without knocking and I had to jump out of the shower to quickly slam it shut. Maintenance has made creepy advancements towards my roommate. Dishwashers don’t work. Even though they force you to pay for valet trash it won’t be picked up for days.
