She calls the cops for everything that she dislikes( which is everything you can think of) and she lies about things being good at 1st then everything is an issue with her! She takes everyone to court and wants to keep all these mobile homes that do not belong to her! She is just an employee acting like this is her piece of land. This is the worst mobile home park to move on live in

Estoy hablando desde mi experiencia personal, ya que fui víctima de una situación muy grave y completamente injusta. Al momento de adquirir la vivienda, la manager de la comunidad aseguró que todo estaba en regla, que la propiedad cumplía con todos los requisitos legales, tanto del estado como de la propia comunidad. Confiando en esa información, procedí a comprar la casa. Sin embargo, tiempo después, me llegó una notificación legal informándome que la vivienda supuestamente no cumple con las normativas, y que debía ser demolida por infracción. ❗ Es completamente inaceptable que se vendan propiedades bajo falsas garantías de legalidad, para luego dejar al nuevo dueño enfrentando consecuencias devastadoras, como la pérdida total de su inversión. A quienes estén considerando comprar aquí que lo piensen dos veces y se asesoren con un abogado antes de firmar cualquier contrato. ¡No más abusos! ¡No más mentiras!
- MMMaria MAug 6, 20225.0Excellent place to live, the only complaint that I have is that even though the staff is trying the best to accommodate your issue the management office looks overload and short in staff so, looks like there isn't enough people for the size of the property and is very hard to get anyone to pickup the phone, if you need anything you have to go to the office, otherwise they will not answer the calls neither return voice messages. staff, location and neighbors are the best. After live here for couple years I still love the place but, the pool is never open and when they are some of the residents like to make party’s that isn’t allowed then the office close the pool without any notice so basically the when you want to enjoy the pool you will be surprised by a lock.
