  Complete waste of time and money. I lived here for 3 years. At first we thought it was beautiful. They made a promise that our house would be done up the way my mother inlaws house was done. And the way the show house was done. It was nothing close. Our first night we had to battle food roaches! They were EVERYWHERE!!! I cried the first night there. The mirrors we originally saw in the master bathroom went missing when we moved in. Our air conditioner broke 5 months after moving in. Then the heater broke 2 months later. The roof leaked in all 3 bedrooms and the master bathroom. This all happened within the first year. The neighbors on the left of me were very loud with the music and parties and also across the street. I couldn't leave windows open because of loud music from their house and cars. I remember when I went to give birth to my daughter and came back 3 nights later to everybody from my neighbors house parked up against my house. I had to walk next door to tell them to move their cars. They would ride their dirt bikes behind our house! There were no fences allowed so whenever the wind blew and the nieghbors threw trash on the ground, it blew into your yard and you'll end up with a notice to clean up your yard while being at work. It was complete hell living there. Cats were everywhere. I was allergic to cats. Day in and day out I had allergies because of it. They would live under your house and destroy your trash. When it rained during the summer our street would flood so bad. It stalled our car. Then during the winter month the rain would still be sitting there. The people in the office were nice for the most part. Until we got our house foreclosed on because my husband was laid off. They expect you to continue paying lot rent until the house is sold by the company that has ownership... We didn't know that until we went through what we went through. It destroyed our credit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND living in anything like this. It's a complete waste of money. And not a wise credit decision.
