  If you are comfortable dealing with pest issues and paying additional fees without receiving the services promised, this complex may be a good fit. Unfortunately, my experience over six months was extremely disappointing due to poorly managed amenities and unmet responsibilities by management. My roommate and I dealt with multiple pest problems, including cockroaches and a swarm of bees inside our dryer. Although we were told pest control services had been performed while we were at work, there was no evidence that this ever occurred—despite us paying a monthly pest control fee. In addition, the water service was frequently shut off, often without adequate notice, causing repeated inconvenience and disruption to daily living. Other amenities were also poorly maintained. The “dog park” was infested with fleas and was not adequately maintained, and the gym equipment was frequently nonfunctional. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience. I do not recommend this complex. I have since moved to a nearby property, am paying less in rent, and the management there maintains the property clean and up to standard.

  I recently moved into the property and this complex has been AMAZING!!! I moved due to issues in my last apartment complex. When I came in to tour with my family Lynn was so welcoming and helpful. She answered all of my questions and all of my families questions to make sure that I would be having a better experience. It has honestly been night and day experience and so grateful for that. Lynn made us feel welcome and like this was the perfect new home. The property manager has been amazing and took the time also to meet with me and father and was so welcoming. The maintenance team is amazing. I am very a short person and when I moved in the one thing I had trouble with was hanging my clothes in my closet. I spoke to Lynn and she sent Muffdil, Elio and Rodolfo came out with in an hour and help me with it. They were all so nice, polite and understanding of the issue and did an amazing job taking care of it. The amenities are great where the gym is awesome and the pool is so nice and relaxing. With being new to Florida the team and the property have really help in making it feel like home.
