  Llevo 9 años viviendo en esta comunidad junto con mi familia , el servicio de mantenimiento excelente , están prestos para servir en lo que se necesite , en la oficina son muy amables , siempre solucionan cualquier situación que se presente , ambiente tranquilo, los mantienen limpios.nos encanta vivir en esta comunidad.

  Since the day I toured this community to the day I moved out, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The entire process was seamless. This was my first apartment, and I truly felt at home right away. The community was well-maintained, and I had no issues with my unit whatsoever. Whenever I needed a small fix, maintenance was quick to respond and took care of it promptly. Communication was excellent, and it was always easy to get in touch with the team. Management was very kind and consistently helpful. Although I only lived here for four months because I spontaneously purchased a home, Julie Vigilo (and team) was extremely accommodating, kind, and supportive throughout the process. It’s bittersweet leaving this community... but I’m so glad I chose it for my first apartment experience!

  I just recently moved to Tampa and this apartment complex has been one of the best things to happen to me! Staff is beyond helpful and quick to respond. The community is very dog friendly and tidy. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

  I absolutely love living here. The front office staff is truly the best — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Jackeline, Julie, and Leidy are amazing and go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of.
