  Alcides is very professional in his role as a realtor and very knowledgeable. He guided me from the beginning to the end of my home purchase, always looking out for my best interests. He was always available and didn't mind taking calls at any time. Buying, selling, or renting a home is very stressful, but he gave me security and peace of mind when I was overwhelmed by so many doubts and concerns.

  I got a chance to work with Alcides on my first house purchase. He helped the process easier than ever, very knowledgeable and he has a strong network with other services that you will need for you house. This is a plus. He's very patient and very honest on the service he provided me, not trying to push his clients to buy houses quickly, he respects every my opinions/decisions and also his negotiating skills are so good. We ended up getting a house with a very good deal within a week. I highly recommend him!
