  My living experience at The Asher has been the absolute very best. I love my unit. The Leasing Office Team always ensures my unit is well maintained. They also keep me updated on everything that’s happening in the unit and in the neighborhood. The maintenance team is awesome and are on-site within 24-48 hours. Everyone is so nice here and the community and culture are truly a vibe. The gym is perfect for whatever your goals are and the pool is extremely chill. This is the best living experience in Tallahassee. Shout out to Kayla, Jacques, and Raegan for making this the best neighborhood ever. I wouldn’t be where I am today without The Asher and the community here. Thank you all so much.

  This complex is money hungry and the leasing office is full of students with attitude who don’t actually give a damn about you. The gate needs Bluetooth access to enter which makes it completely frustrating when the gate isn’t working at all. As a resident, the amount of times I’ve had trouble getting in AND coming out the gate is absurd. Have guests? Good luck getting them through the gate let alone finding parking. They designed the parking to enforce residents to pay by putting numbers on most of the spaces then enforce towing for guests who are not parked in specific visitors spaces and residents who are parked without a decal because they don’t want to pay for parking. There are literally only a few visitors and unmarked spots in the entire complex and most of them are outside of the gate in the front. Also they like to randomly charge fees so pay attention to your account because they will throw numbers in that you’ve already paid or don’t need to pay. Also a friend of mine told me the room keys are not specific to your room so your roommates room key may be able to unlock your room door and vice versa which defeats the whole purpose of having a room key! Cheap and money hungry!
