  The Lullwater Apartments are quality and the staff is very responsive. Overall a good experience so if you’re looking for a place to say this is a great option

  I've been living at Lullwater for a couple of months now and have absolutely been enjoying my time here. The apartment is very spacious, the community is very safe and clean, and it's close to FSU and FAMU. Everyone in customer service is also very kind and patient when it comes to answering questions/concerns. It's a great place to live.

  Best apartment I’ve lived in while in Tallahassee, wish I would have found it sooner!! Highly recommend for students who want a quiet place outside of college town but still want to stay close for class!!

  I have been living at Lullwater for around 1.5 years and can confidently state that it has been my most pleasant apartment experience yet. From the unit quality, office management, maintenance responsiveness, property cleanliness, and parking availability, Lullwater has been a huge upgrade compared to collegetown/student apartments. Neighbors/staff are very friendly. The pricing is amazing and the leasing/roommate addition process is very simple. I love seeing the dogs on afternoon walks! They are very pet-friendly (with pet amenities) which is hard to find nowadays. The atmosphere is quiet and the woodlands behind the property is very scenic & peaceful.
