  Walls are way too thin and/or poor insulation for sound suppression. Other than that, good place to live and good management.

  I have lived here for close to 3 years now and it has been the best place I've lived hands down! If you're looking for a quiet and well kept community this is the best I've found in tallahassee. Very efficient maintenance team, legitimate apartments and leasing team, and great amenities.

  We absolutely loved Evergreens at Mahan. We were fortunate enough to have the pleasure of touring with Jeremiah. He was so informative and knowledgeable answering every question we had. If you are looking for a beautiful, safe, and friendly place to make your home contact Jeremiah and you will be extremely impressed! He is a true professional.

  We absolutely love living here! The property is consistently clean and well-maintained. The maintenance team is incredibly efficient and they solve any issue within one business day. Additionally, the front office staff is always professional, kind, and helpful. We also love having our own personal garage where we can store all of our items and Holiday decorations. Every year, we have the option to move into a house, but we ultimately choose to renew because our experience here has been so nice and unproblematic. Highly recommended!

  I’ve had a really good experience with Evergreen Mahan so far. The staff is genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. Anytime I’ve needed a repair, it was handled quickly and without hassle. I also like that you can report issues through the app—it’s super convenient and keeps everything organized. The property being gated adds peace of mind, and the location is great, close to everything but still quiet. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free place to live, and the staff really makes it stand out.
