Compared to other properties with poor management and hostile conditions, this property looks clean, is quiet and well kept. Lena is amazing with attention to detail and customer service. I’ve never had an issue interacting with management, here.

When Claudia was the CM, the property was in serious distress with appearance and crime. It has come a long way since.
- WWWhitney WilliamsJan 14, 20261.0I lived at this property starting February 2025 and had a perfect payment history until a temporary hardship in November after losing my job. I communicated proactively and was approved for rental assistance that fully covered my November rent, but management refused to accept it and proceeded with eviction anyway. When I tried to get clarification in person, I was treated unprofessionally and yelled at, and corporate never responded to multiple calls and emails. To make matters worse, my car was stolen from the property and wrecked in December with no follow-up from management. This was an extremely distressing experience for me and my two young children. I would strongly recommend researching management practices before renting here.
