The office staff was friendly and professional. In July there was a rent increase. There was also new office staff. I have reached out to the office via telephone 4 times and stopped by the office twice to have my air looked at. That was finally addressed after 2 weeks and different individuals coming to “fix it”. I went to the office with concerns for my front door needing to be resealed and leaking under the sink. The manager had all of the doors closed and locked stating the office opens at 9 although online and the signage stated 8. Okay no problem. She finally came to the door with an impatient attitude. She did not allow me to finish expressing my concerns and kept stating the contractor is pulling up and she would let him know. That was on Monday 8/4/2025. I have not heard anything from anyone. There is rarely anyone in the office to address concerns nor do they return voicemails that are left. I definitely have plans to leave sooner that expected. Paying over 1600 in rent is already insane for these homes but to have poor morale in terms of management is another level.
