Hes the best at Cascade) because it will be a total headache dealing with Lena! The pluses are its a lake its quiet. Clean for the most part and Safer than the city. If overall when i come to the ppl dont nobody want to help but Amos. The manager just wanna harass you bout rent.

Compared to other properties with poor management and hostile conditions, this property looks clean, is quiet and well kept. Lena is amazing with attention to detail and customer service. I’ve never had an issue interacting with management, here.

When Claudia was the CM, the property was in serious distress with appearance and crime. It has come a long way since.
