  Beautiful newer community in a prime location just steps away from the beach and with amazing intercostal views. Staff is so incredibly pleasant and maintenance team is amazing! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new apartment.

  Best kept secret in sunny isles beach. Truly, this is equivalent to trump’s plazas and more. Many swimming pools to choose from, grills, fitness centers, business centers, public space area. It’s amazing place to live in. Quite at night, parking garage is clean and controlled. Gated community, very clean public space , fitness center , restrooms . Package delivery system that is first class, electronic access on your mobile. Sometimes I feel I live on a space ship. Management is outstanding, extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Always in control preventing invasive acts. Been here for many years and will be for more.

  If there’s a fire 🔥 plan to burn because the fire alarms 🚨 do not work inside the apartment. They promised 24hr concierge and that was taken away so if you have food delivered it will be left on the ground outside. Lovely.
