The rent is too high for an old building with poor maintenance.
There's no pool table, the two barbecue grills are so old they're rusty and don't light completely.
The fireplace doesn't work.
Some of the gym equipment needs maintenance. The parking garage door is always breaking, leaving it open for anyone to enter.

Stephanie Hernandez provided exactly what I needed.
I moved in about two months ago and needed a fast approval, and Stephanie was able to get it done even with Thanksgiving in between. From the first day I visited the apartments, she was knowledgeable, clear, and responsive. She answered all my questions both in person and by text, and kept the entire process efficient and well organized. I’m very satisfied with the apartment and the community, and I appreciate the professionalism she showed from start to finish. I would definitely recommend working with her.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property management.
Before applying, I specifically asked if my documents were acceptable, and Adrián, the first staff member I spoke with, confirmed that they were “fine.” Based on that confirmation, I submitted my application and paid all required fees.
Later, when I went to the office, Matthew informed me that those documents are not accepted as income verification, meaning my application never had a real chance of being approved from the beginning. This crucial information was not disclosed before I paid.
After this, I requested to speak directly with Francesca, the property manager, but I was never able to reach her or receive a response.
Matthew later told me that the administrative fee would be refunded to my account, however, the refund was never received, and I was given no follow-up or confirmation.
The issue is not the denial itself, but the misleading guidance, lack of transparency, and lack of accountability afterward. I strongly recommend future applicants to get everything clearly confirmed in writing before paying any fees.
