  We live in Michigan and are currently building a house in Highpointe. We are working with Daniela Gallo. She has been wonderful. She’s been knowledgeable and so helpful through the whole process so far. Building a house is a scary and daunting task, especially currently living so far away. She has been there every step of the way to offer advice, answer our questions and ease our worries. We so appreciate knowing we have someone on site who has our backs. Now that the house is started she has been wonderful about sending us picture updates. Just another example of her going above and beyond knowing we aren’t local and can’t come see for ourselves yet. If you are looking to build in Highpointe I encourage you to ask for Daniela.

  Beware of the sales rep Robert Brennan, super shady. Only looking out for himself and chasing the most possible money out of customers instead of focusing on their needs. When asked to negotiate the price he didn’t even try work with me and said I quote, “It’s fine I’ll just find another buyer and sell it to them for way more”. Stay away from this place.

  We love living in this community! So happy we ended up here. We looked everywhere and highpointe fit our criteria PLUS it's a Pulte build home! (Our third one) From the first visit to closing our sales guide Daniela Gallo was amazing ! Very profesional , attentive, friendly and understood our needs and concerns . She communicated with us weekly to update us on the progress of our home and helped us anytime we had a question . The community has a great mix of all ages , the amenities and clubhouse are great and we just love living here . Thank you Daniela and Pulte homes for helping us find a great place to call home !

  Our experience during the closing process was disappointing. We encountered unexpected challenges related to how title could be held at closing. Despite working with legal counsel to structure a revocable trust that complied with the Pulte’s stated requirements, the process became unnecessarily complicated and required significant time and effort to resolve. In an effort to address the situation constructively, I reached out to Brent Baker, the President of Pulte’s Southeast Florida division, hoping that leadership might help facilitate a practical solution. Unfortunately, the response we ultimately received was that no additional flexibility or accommodation would be provided. What was most frustrating was not that our request was declined, but that there appeared to be little willingness to work collaboratively toward a reasonable resolution despite the steps we took to comply with the Pulte’s requirements. For a national builder with a strong reputation, we expected a smoother and more solution-oriented approach during the closing process.
