Daniela the sales person was great to deal with and Jesus our construction manager was awesome and he did a great job building our house.

The project managers, Jonny and Nemo were true professionals that took pride in the product they delivered. There’s a great group of subcontractors as well. As a construction professional and general contractor of more than 25 years I was very impressed with the quality of the construction and know I’ll have a solid home for years to come. The community location is great with easy access to Stuart as well as I-95 for commutes to WPB.

From the beginning when we met with Mario L, we were greeted in a professional way and he showed us around the models and property and was very knowledgeable. We fell in love with this One particular model, but unfortunately there was no lots left to build the model we wanted. Mario stayed in touch with us and did all he could to make sure we didn't lose out on building our new home. He wound up working it out and finding us a great lot that we were able to start building right away. Once we signed the agreement, Mario made sure to stay in touch with us throughout the ENTIRE process. When we broke ground, he made sure to send updated photos of all the steps during the build. When we met our construction Manager Christopher Alicea, he kept that bar set high with his thoroughness and making sure he was on top of things with any slight issues that arose. He was always there to get it corrected. Both Chris and Mario's communication with us throughout the build has been top notch. They are both super easy to work with and PULTE is lucky to have them both apart of their team. We have since recently closed and we love our new home so much! Raul, our warranty guy, has now stepped in and made sure to be available for us as well. Building a new home is always stressful, but overall we are happy with our experience and know we have a high quality built home. We know PULTE will stand behind their product and with the A team they have, we would recommend to anyone.
