- APana parker2 days ago5.0We love living in this community! So happy we ended up here. We looked everywhere and highpointe fit our criteria PLUS it's a Pulte build home! (Our third one) From the first visit to closing our sales guide Daniela Gallo was amazing ! Very profesional , attentive, friendly and understood our needs and concerns . She communicated with us weekly to update us on the progress of our home and helped us anytime we had a question . The community has a great mix of all ages , the amenities and clubhouse are great and we just love living here . Thank you Daniela and Pulte homes for helping us find a great place to call home !
- AAAndrewMar 6, 20262.0Our experience during the closing process was disappointing. We encountered unexpected challenges related to how title could be held at closing. Despite working with legal counsel to structure a revocable trust that complied with the Pulte’s stated requirements, the process became unnecessarily complicated and required significant time and effort to resolve. In an effort to address the situation constructively, I reached out to Brent Baker, the President of Pulte’s Southeast Florida division, hoping that leadership might help facilitate a practical solution. Unfortunately, the response we ultimately received was that no additional flexibility or accommodation would be provided. What was most frustrating was not that our request was declined, but that there appeared to be little willingness to work collaboratively toward a reasonable resolution despite the steps we took to comply with the Pulte’s requirements. For a national builder with a strong reputation, we expected a smoother and more solution-oriented approach during the closing process.

Mario LoGiacco walked us through every feature in great detail and took the time to explain all of the options line by line. We were already about 80% sold on the floor plan, but after speaking with Mario and reviewing everything so thoroughly, we knew this was the perfect home for our family. Thank you so much, Mario, for all of your help and for guiding us toward a wonderful home.
