  Dawn Van Dyke was a pleasure to work with from start to finish going above and beyond in all aspects of our real estate deal. She showed us quite a few houses and helped us to dial in to our desired neighborhood. She executed a purchase agreement, helped us find temporary housing, coordinated closing, and even helped us find furniture for our new home! She is by far the best realtor we have used in the past 30 years!

  We chose Dawn because she was referred to us by an out-of-state realtor friend. We were told she would be great and she was! She found us the perfect house that fit our needs and within our budget. She was extremely responsive; attentive to our needs; very knowledgeable about the area and took the necessary time we needed to be comfortable with the process and decision. This was an out-of-state transaction for us and she was able to guide us through every step of the process with patience and professionalism.   In a buyers market and with a large inventory of homes for sale in the community Dawn worked very hard to get our house sold. She pulled from all of her experience in the industry and got it done.
