  This review is based off of their pet screening system the apartment uses to qualify your animal as a service dog. The system is all online, automated and has no phone number to contact anyone. They’re asking and requiring me things that no other apartment has ever asked in the past I will be going down to the office to speak to them directly about this issue.

  I didn’t get the chance to move in here but the staff is extremely friendly and super helpful when it came to answering all of my questions! 10/10 would recommend

  If your thinking of renting here.. dont. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors upstairs using the bathroom! The place is poorly built, I dont know what kind of paint was used but you cant bump the wall without a mark made. The tiles in the bathrooms cracked, the tub wasnt sealed properly and while I was taking a bath a giant roach thing crawled out the wall beside me!. The gated part was part of what drew us here but they keep them open all day and then they dont work half the time at night. You take your concerns to Management about noise and they simply say to call the on duty cop instead of dealing with it. No one picks up after their dog.. I quit walking mine around the designated dog areas because of the poo everywhere.

  Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else. I have lived in far better more up-kept places in the past. Maintenance will just walk around all day and accomplish nothing. Place is full of dog feces and the smell matches. Property management is sub standard, just read some replies to the reviews, all they do is negate what a resident has complaints about and changes it how the place is perfect which it’s far from. You get nothing for your rent other than a dirty pool and pool area crawling with wasp nests, oh and the gates never work so don’t worry anybody can just come in and out whenever they want. Can’t trust the reviews because they are either for the Southerly at the shipyards or its employees of the southerly at st. Augustine and their families. All around the place is poorly run and unkept, I highly recommend you do good research and choose elsewhere, place is nothing but lies from management and you will get nothing done for you as a “valued” renter. Just wait to read their reply to this, going to be some dumb response and just them going on about how great they are, rather than addressing the issues at hand.
