However, we walked away because our experience with the Sales Agent for a different builder was very unpleasant. Luckily we came across the Ryan Homes team, which has been a wonderful experience. Pete Kenny, the Sales Representative for the Townhomes, has made our home purchase process wonderful. Pete is always available for any questions, responds very quickly and follows through each time. It's not easy purchasing a home from a different state but this team makes it easy. Pete also introduced us to Angel Tritschler, the Loan Officer who is handling the financing part. Angel has been there every step of the way, and is more than just a Loan Officer. She is very personable and a joy to work with. Even though we are in a different state, we constantly get pictures with the building progress of our home. I can't recommend this team enough! Pete and Angel, and really the entire team we have crossed paths with has been extraordinary.
