I have to say that Trey and his staff are the kindest and most caring of all that maintenance stuff that I've worked here. They treat everybody with respect dignity and courtesy and they are prompt on fixing any issue. I just want to extend my thanks and extended

  This place does illegal things and will raid your storage areas without notice or reason. Horrible ethics and an even worse management. I’d rather be homeless than live here.

  I contacted Nadine in the Promenade Leasing office regarding a maintenance requests. I was pleasantly surprised that she responded very quickly and the the maintenance guys were at my door within minutes ( and it was not an emergency). They came in and took care of ours needs promptly and professionally. Nadine Rocks !! I would also like to provide a shoutout to the Maintenance Crew. Trey, Mark, and Phillipe are always friendly, responsive, and very good at what they do day in and day out. Thanks to all.

  Not very happy about my experience living here. The insulation in the building must be bad because our electric bill for a 1-bedroom is over $350 this month!! We have it on 70 at night and 75-80 during the day. I have reached out to the management dozens of times about an ongoing trash issue we've been having. Neighbors have been continuously leaving trash out at the wrong times, causing raccoons and other pests to tear apart trash and throw food around outside our door. Management does nothing but send maintenance to sweep it into a pile and leave it there for another few days. We pay over $2000 a month for our 1 bed (not including utilities), so I would expect the level of service and cleanliness to be luxury. It certainly is not. Update- I want to thank Mark, Trey, and Felipe for their hard work! They are the backbone of this place and always getting things done. When management does not care, they do!
