But the gentleman we have now, Jacob is very professional and friendly. He works very efficiently. He answers to all calls and texted in a timely fashion. It's very organized with a section for paying the rent as well. As far as any maintenance requests, Jacob is stellar! Excellent communication, thorough in his work, and a pleasure to talk to. He offers updates on his arrival time and in our experience, maintenance requests are answered next day-a week at the absolute latest.
