The space is modern, bright, and perfectly located in the heart of St. Pete — walking distance to everything we love. A big thank-you to Jamie, who made our move-in experience seamless. She was incredibly helpful in getting us settled and took the time to walk us through all the new systems and amenities so we felt comfortable right away. Her professionalism and friendliness really set the tone for a great start in our new home. We’re so glad we chose 1701 Central — highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment and an attentive management team!

Any service requests put in are done in a timely fashion and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Had some AC issues and David was there within 5 minutes with a window unit hooking it up. He is very attentive and will always strike up a conversation. It’s nice to have friendly and helpful staff around at all times

Eric, Katie and Jaime in the office are absolutely incredible, they are always extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location and the amenities are very well kept. The unit itself is beautiful, I have moved into many different apartments but this was the cleanest unit I have ever moved into. Jaime went and did a quick last minute inspection just before we moved in and she put TP in the bathrooms and water in the fridge which was a very kind and thoughtful touch which gave us one less thing to think about during a stressful moving time, it really is the little things! Also, maintenance is absolutely incredible here as well. Renzo and David are awesome!!! Our AC broke and within 20 minutes of placing the maintenance request they had come to the apartment. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue the Ac could not be fixed until the next morning when the AC company could come look at the unit. However, they quickly brought up a portable AC unit which kept the apartment cool until the morning. My AC was fixed less than 12 hours after I had placed the request! This is unheard of!!! Any other apartment I have lived in, this would have taken way longer to fix. Management and maintenance handled the situation in a very professional and prompt manner while still keeping comfort in mind. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things about this building. So far, there have been no cons. Thank you 1701!!!!!! This apartment building truly is a gem! We both don't ever want to leave!
