Jamie in the leasing office answered all of my questions and laid everything out very clearly for me. She was kind and straightforward, and I enjoy seeing her around the property! I also put in my first maintenance request today, and Juan handled it. He was absolutely fantastic. He arrived in less than an hour after I submitted my ticket, showed up with a smile, and was in and out while getting the job done. I initially saw a lot of positive reviews about the maintenance team before deciding to move into 1701, because that’s a big deal. You want a team that’s prompt and friendly, and that’s not so common these days. I hear horror stories from friends who have to wait days - even weeks - for service. 1701 has been awesome!
