- NAN AzXDec 31, 20255.0Great intro place to live in for downtown st. Pete. I have no complaints. Clean, respectful community, great apartments, amazing staff who are very communicative. Cute animals (they allow pets). Fee very safe. It’s kinda loud if you live right next to a highway and above a club (which is where I live but I chose to be right in the bustle) so that’s understandable for me and I use earplugs if I need to. But you can choose an apartment on a more quiet side of the complex if that really matters. The only other time it can be loud when the people above you are moving out too but otherwise I don’t hear my neighbors. I also wanna say that I looked at a few other of the top apartment places near downtown but chose this one because of how kind and patient they were with my brother who is on the spectrum. He came and did the tour, and he really liked Jamie. I kinda test places and people with how they treat my brother, and she passed!

Her professionalism and friendliness really set the tone for a great start in our new home.
